MUYU Restaurant and MUYU Bar are pilot projects of the Galapagos Foundation. This nonprofit organisation is supporting local organic producers and artisans, empowering women, and helping Galapagos’ youngsters to become the first environmental hospitality and gastronomy professionals in Ecuador.


Galapagos Foundation promotes the principles of sustainability and conservation through research, knowledge sharing and education, which are necessary to establish responsible tourism practices, and to preserve the nature and wildlife of these enchanted islands.
